The Avengers, from writer-director and geek heartthrob Joss Whedon, hits theatres this May the 4th (be with you), so we’re pitting its preceding movies against each other in a fight that, if we’ve captured the spirit of the mega-blockbuster’s trailer, will involve a lot of witty banter and explosions. (Shit, we forgot the explosions…and the witty banter. SHIT.)
